Back out is not allowed if order is secured, but you can find someone to take your slot

If your parcel is lost or damaged please approach the courier company first, I'll assist to search for your parcels too (film your unboxing video everytime as evidence of missing items / items in poor condition, funds / replacement can be done if it's my fault)

No compensation from me if your item missing due to courier company's fault, but I'll help to get compensation from the courier company for you

Compensation can only be made if you had full unboxing video (from the second you opened the flyer)

Member slots: only non-problematic past buyer can reserve in advance, no payment made within the PO period will be banned from reserving slots

If defects is noticed on pobs which is not available to request replacement from store, I am not responsible to replace/refund
